Physical therapy questions, answered.
Information for patients, healthcare facilities and therapists in Los Angeles and Burbank.
For patients and families
Do I need to be homebound to ask about in-home physical therapy?
You can contact Quad Therapy whether or not you are homebound. Whether a visit can be arranged and covered depends on your circumstances, your plan’s requirements and clinician availability. Contact us before booking.
Do I need a referral?
Referral and authorization requirements vary by your circumstances and payer. Our team will review the requirements for your proposed visit before confirming an arrangement.
Do you accept my insurance?
Contact us to verify your specific plan, service, authorization requirements and expected patient responsibility. This website does not promise coverage or participation with a particular insurer.
Where are home visits available?
Our confirmed service area is Los Angeles and Burbank, California. We confirm your specific address and clinician availability before scheduling.
What happens at the first visit?
A licensed physical therapist discusses your history and goals, evaluates relevant movement and activities, and explains the proposed plan. Have any referral, coverage information and questions ready.
Are occupational, speech and mental health services available?
Physical therapy is currently available. Occupational therapy, speech therapy and mental health services are coming soon and cannot be booked yet.
For healthcare facilities
How are professional qualifications reviewed?
We review the requested California licensure, experience, setting and facility requirements before discussing a proposed placement. Contact us to specify your credentialing and onboarding requirements.
How quickly can you provide coverage?
Timing depends on the location, schedule, required qualifications and professional availability. Our team confirms a proposed start date with you; a fixed turnaround is not guaranteed.
What arrangements can we discuss?
Contract, contract-to-permanent and permanent placements may be considered based on the specific opportunity. Scope, schedule and terms are agreed before an assignment begins.
For therapists
Are opportunities W-2 employment or independent contracts?
The work arrangement and any employment classification are disclosed and agreed for the specific opportunity. Joining our network does not establish an employment or contractor relationship.
What is the pay schedule?
Compensation and payment schedules are provided with the applicable role or assignment terms before work begins. We do not publish a universal pay rate or schedule.
What qualifications do I need?
Clinical work requires the appropriate current California professional license and qualifications for the role. Additional experience, onboarding and supervision requirements depend on the assignment.
Does registration guarantee work?
No. Registration expresses interest. Opportunities depend on client needs, location, qualifications and availability. Our careers page identifies genuine active openings separately from future-interest registration.
